Gardening & Maintenance Animal Care Business Volunteer Application Form

Business

Administration

To assist us with reviewing and writing up our policies, processes and procedures for Happy Paws Haven and the animals in our care. Ideally the person has business administration skills and loves animals. Microsoft word and excel skills will definitely be required.

Book-keeping

Must have MYOB experience to enter our expenditure and deposits into our accounts via our bank feed, cash deposits and expenditure. Monthly management reporting, BAS preparation and prepare for annual audit. Will also become a part of the management committee when the treasurer steps down.

Fundraising

To assist us with fundraising for Happy Paws Haven and the animals in our care. ideally the person has fundraising, marketing, social media skills and loves animals. Microsoft word and business networking skills will definitely be required. Training can be provided.

Marketing

To assist us marketing especially in the area of social media marketing. Ideally the person has social media marketing skills and is experienced in marketing on FaceBook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
