Kody - adoption pending

Kody is a young pure breed golden Lab retriever, he was given as an unwanted Christmas present by the daughter to her parents thinking that as they had lost their dog six months earlier they were ready for another. They may have been interested in a smaller and older dog but not an eight month old lab puppy. They were thinking old travelling and doing other things and definitely did not want the dog. They had him for approximately 4-5 weeks and found that as an untrained pup who chewed everything was the last thing they need so bought him to Happy Paws Haven. Kody is a typical boisterous pup who needs training. He would make a great family dog ready to play with kids, chase the ball or play tug. He is a happy loving dog.
