Pepper was surrendered due to a family crisis situation where the owner had to move in a hurry leaving her dog behind with family. The family already had 2 dogs and the owner could not have her dog with her so decided to surrender her to Happy Paws Haven. Pepper is a very friendly affectionate smart dog who needs some basic training. She gets on with other dogs if introduced otherwise she can be protective of her owner.
