Toby - special needs partly deaf

Toby was surrendered to us as his owner could no longer look after him anymore. He came to us in extremely poor condition older senior dog. When we desexed him we found a benign lump in his groin which was causing problems for him especially when moving about his hind quarters were very stiff and he was uncomfortable. Since it has been removed he has become a different dog putting on a little weight moving generally more fluidly and much less grumpy which has been wonderful to see. Toby is deaf we think so needs a special home. We are not sure what age he is and our guess is about 8-9.
